All applications and contracts are processed through the Good Dog breeder website.
We accept cash, Paypal and Venmo for deposits and payment fullfillment.
Venmo payments must include a 4% fee.
For PayPal, you MUST USE FRIENDS AND FAMILY and add the 4% fee.
A holding deposit of $100 will be accepted before the litter is born, placing you on our waiting list to reserve a pup. This deposit will be deducted from the $500 non-refundable fee, with a remaining balance of $400 due after the selection of the pup. Picks will be made in the order they are received.
The puppy is being sold as a pet, indicating that it is intended as a companion animal. The puppy will be registered with AKC under Limited Registration (no breeding rights). This sale does not involve co-ownership terms, and the puppy will be spayed/neutered by the 1st birthday, but no later than the 3rd birthday, by a licensed veterinarian. Proof of the procedure must be provided to the seller upon completion.
A deposit is required once the puppy has been selected. NO HOLDS will be placed without a deposit. Final payments can be made through PAYPAL or Venmo, with an additional 4% fee. However, payments must clear through our bank before the puppy leaves our premises; otherwise, CASH ONLY will be accepted. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
We can not hold a puppy without a deposit.
Prices listed are for pet companions with Limited Registration with a Spay/Neuter agreement, these are pet prices limited AKC registration

NO REFUNDS will be issued once the puppy is sent home with you.
ANY MONEY PAID IN ADVANCE WILL BE APPLIED TO ANOTHER PUP OF EQUAL VALUE OR ROLLED OVER TO THE NEXT LITTER OF EQUAL VALUE IF YOU CHOOSE TO FORFEIT THE PURCHASE.
We reserve the right to retain any puppy produced by us at any time. In such cases, we will either roll over or refund the deposit.
Puppies will be ready to go to their new homes after 8 weeks of age. However, they may stay longer if you are unable to pick them up during the designated time. We will not hold a puppy simply because you believe it should remain with its mother longer.
The balance for the chosen puppy must be paid in full.
There may be a boarding charge after 8 weeks of age: $30 per day, $150 fee for 7 days, $300 for 14 days. If a puppy remains with us for longer than 15 days, we will list it as ‘available’, assuming you have forfeited your claim.
Puppies will be examined by a licensed veterinarian, confirming good health and a health certificate will be provided. Puppies will be up to date on deworming and age-appropriate vaccines, dew claws removed and tails will have been docked.
Transport for out of state:
We can provide transport of our puppies for a nominal fee based on distance and other agreed upon travel expenses.
THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY:
The buyer agrees to have their new puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian at your expense within 5 days from the date of possession. If the Veterinarian does not give the puppy a clean bill of health, buyer must notify the seller immediately. Seller reserves the right to have the puppy re-examined by our Veterinarian at your expense.
If it is determined by our Veterinarian that the condition is un-treatable with medicine or surgery, and only then if the puppy is returned because of that medical condition then another puppy will be honored for the same equal value of original purchase price. NO REFUNDS will be given by LIL’ BITS & BEANS.
We will not accept responsibility for any harm that comes to the puppy once in your possession such as lost/stolen, accidents, health related conditions, any other related actions, or death.
Seller does not accept responsibility for contagious diseases such as Parvo, Kennel cough, worms/parasites, etc. after date of possession. This will not entitle you to a refund.
PLEASE keep in mind your new puppy is not fully vaccinated so try to keep out of dog parks, off the floors of pet stores, and any where else dogs are allowed until fully vaccinated. You can still socialize your pup daily just use caution and common sense.
For the health of the puppy spay/neuter shall be performed by a licensed Veterinary before one year of age. Please mail proof of spay/neuter in 30 days.
The buyer agrees to take good care of the puppy by proper diet of a high quality dog food and water daily. Housing must be safe, kept clean, and protected from the weather elements. Outdoor areas should be secure with fencing, underground electric fencing or out door lead. Attempt should be made to not leave puppy alone or unattended.
Keep the puppy up-to-date on shots and maintain HeartGuard/Flea & Tick prevention.
Right of First Refusal:
If at any time you are unable to keep a puppy/dog that was purchased from LIL’ BITS & BEANS, we should be contacted first. As the breeder, I will assist you in placing/rehoming your dog. PLEASE understand that this process is neither easy nor immediate; it takes time to ensure we find the right home. Under NO circumstances should a puppy/dog be released or surrendered to an animal shelter, humane society, or rescue group. As the breeder/seller, I reserve the right to charge a "rehoming fee" if any medical expenses occur, such as spaying/neutering, Heartguard medication, deworming, flea & tick medication, grooming, or any other medical-related expenses, to ensure the puppy/dog's health. If said puppy/dog was originally sold as "PET ONLY" with limited breeding rights and has been used for breeding purposes or resold with the intent to breed, I reserve the right to fully repossess said puppy/dog.
